Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York

My partner and I have an LLC. We own a property 50/50. However, only his name is on the deed, along with our corporation's. Will this be a problem or is the corporation's name on the deed the most important factor?

A complete answer cannot be given without seeing the actual Deed recitation of how the Grantee is described. It is possible the Deed showing the business name is OK, but this should be verified with an attorney familiar with real estate.
