DOES PERSON WHOM SIGNED PROPRIETARY LEASE HAVE TO LIVE IN SAID CO-OP UNIT IN ORDER TO HAVE A HANDICAP RAMP BUILT-THIS PERSON VISITS ONCE A WEEK FOR A FEW HOURS AND LEAVES- LIVES ELSEWERE AND NEVER SLEPT HERE IN 14 MONTHS OF SIGNING -THE OTHER OWNER RESIDES IN UNIT-IS JUST BEING ON LEASE ENOUGH TO HAVE MY GARDEN OF 30 YEARS DUG UP? nO ONE PHYSICALLY LIVES IN SAID APARTMENT WITH ANY DISABILITY OTHER THAN THIS WOMAN WITH A WALKER
