Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York

I plan on getting married ....my future wife and I WANT TO DRAW UP A PRE-NUP

I live and reside in NYC and own a single family and 3 family house , and she has legal residance in Florida and has a home in Tenn and a Condo in NYC and a condo in Florida

Will a pre-nup that will be written in NY .hold up with here residence in Florida and Me residing in NYC??
