power of attorney

I am residing in new york and I have

a property in canada. I want my son

to have the power of attorney to rent

or sell my property without my

presence since he just turned 21. If I

download your forms, where do I

have to have the forms notarized

here or canada?

New York.

If you must have the document notarized in Canada, it must be at (and by) the US Consulate.
