Predatory practices and fraudinFHA homebuyer

I feel i have been a victim i brought a house the paperwork said the roof was sound and it has been raining on my head for a year, i hired an inspector who came and discovred fraudulent practices :re mortgage company,lawyer,appraisor , realator,,etc i have evidence of the fraud written, i need help HUD has a moratorium on my zip code re these practices of,padding apprasals recieving govt money for renovations and none done, please help or refer me, i have filed a compliant with hud. i want to seek restitution and reimbursement for fraud

you have used the key word in your question, namely

fraud. Without fraud, the age-old legal concept

of "let the buyer beware" would apply and you

could not recover. I am curious as to what your

proof of fraud is
