Property Abandonment
How long do we have to keep the property of a tenant who has abandoned his apartment, before it legally becomes ours. He left over a month ago, and has had no contact with us since. We have tried to contact his family to have him contact us, but to no avail. He owes us 3 months rent. Please help.
