property damage

A tree on my property was blown down during high winds causing some damage to my neighbor's property. Who is responsible for the property damage? Who is responsible for the clean-up?

Hopefully, the insurance company.

Short of that, if you had no knowledge that the tree was rotting or that it was foreseeable that it would fall, the neighbor would be responsible for the damages.
