Property Law - Payment versus Title?

In a relationship involving an unmarried couple that have lived together for 15 years.. The husband does not work, does not pay any of the bills, but his name is on most of the items including the property and vehicles. However, the wife is working and pays all of these bills. If they were to separate, who is entitled to what?
