Property Liens

Can you transfer Real Property when there is a credit card lien on it? Also can you transfer property to someone under 18 years of age?

Any property can be transferred with a lien on it, the lien follows the property.

I assume, by credit card lien you mean that a judgment based on a credit card has been issued.

If the property is transferred the nw person will still be liable for the money but only to the extent of the value of the property.

The age of a transferee does not matter, however there may be complications if the minor trys to transfer, sell or mortgage the property before turning 18.
