Property Line Fence
We just had a new home built next to a forever wild piece of property. Three months after closing on our home, an eight foot high fence is being put in between our property line and the forever wild. Is this legal? We would like it removed.

The laws regarding fenses and building requirements are normally local construction and zoning laws. I suggest that you check the laws located in your local village or city hall.
