Property Line
Part of my home is on my neighbor's property. this addition was built approximately 40 years ago (maybe more as the house is very old). My neighbor has been there for 10+ years and has been aware of this all along. What are the legal ramifications for myself as well as my neighbor? Does the addition qualfiy as an easement?

The property is your neighbors. However, you can either seek to have it declared an easment or better yet, that you took title to that part oft he land on which the house sits by adverse possession. A third alternative, you just buy the land.
