Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York
im purchasing a house in NJ that has a utility easement for the benefit of the lot behind me. The lot behind is owned by a developer that is going to build 20-30 town houses. Can i remove the easement because they changed the zoning and the number of families on the property?
