Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York
We put an offer in a house last friday, they countered, we accepted on satuday morning. They proceeded with an open house on saturday, and sunday. Last night , we recieved an email, from their attorney stating that he disapproved the contract. No explanation. What can do?

Most contracts can be terminated without reason during attorney review. The probability is that a higher offer was received during the open house, resulting in rejection of your deal. If you really want the house, increase your offer.
