How can I put my wife's 25 year old daughter (my stepdaughter) out of my home if she has lived there over 30 days?

You have to start a summary proceeding for an eviction. Essentially, she had a license to live in the house since the age of 18. You would be terminating that license with a Judgment of Possession.
