qiuck claim deed in new york

I would like to quick claim a property

located in ny to my ex-wife that was

awarded to her in the divorce, I have since

remarried, does my present wife have to

sign the deed also? Or just me since my

wife was never on the original docs?

You would not need your current wife to sign the deed. Only the people on the original deed would need to sign.
