Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York
My question is about a property on lake Champlain in Clinton county NY within the APA. There is a Marina to the south of a property I am interested in purchasing and has sailboats that park directly in front of the property in question that I want to buy. Do I have the right to tell them they can no longer park those boats as it blocks both my view and my personal access to the lakefront boat access?

No. You may own the property, but not the lake.
