Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York

My question,if an rji was filed for a foreclosure and then the foreclosure was discontinued. the mortgage company then refiled 2 years later and filed for an rji- the attorney signed , i affirm under penalty of perjury that to my knowledge other than as noted above, there are and have been no related actionsor proceedings nor has a request for judical intervention previously been filed in this action or proceeding> is this correctif there was a previous rji related to the same foreclosure. thanks
