I would like to quick claim deed some property over to my husband - we live in NY but the property is in FL - do the quick claim deeds vary by state? If so, do I fill out a NY or Fla. quick claim deed?

A. Generally, the answer is yes. Furthermore, most States have additional forms that need to be filed with the deed.

Q. If so, do I fill out a NY or Fla. quick claim deed?

A. Florida.
