Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York

I am ready to purchase a home in pennsylvania, i live in new york at the moment, i need to get the loan papers review, can i get a lawyer in new york review them or does it have to be in the state where the home is located, if so how much would it cost to review the papers, please leave info as my closing date is near.

A. You may obtain a New York lawyer. However, I would obtain a PA lawyer since PA law would apply.
