Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York

My home is listed on mls and a realtor brought a couple in to see it.While they were looking around the couple distracted the realtor and my house was robbed.The realtor had no paperwork to locate this couple and all paperwork is gone. what are my rights in this situation?

Were you ar home at the time? If not, tell the RE company/broker to turn the claim over to their insurance company. Also, notify yours immediately to advise them so that you are not stopped from a denial based on late notice.
