real estate-deed
we have a shared driveway, although we own it 100%. the first owner put into the deed that the neighbors may use it as a means of egress. Can we get out of this arrangement.I have the survey proving my property lines. Help

It depends on what the deed into you says and what your neighbors deed says. It may be a simple process to "undo" the driveway rights, but I would need more facts to decide what your best option would be.
