I am marrried 25 yrs. and separating from my husband. the house is in his name. He said he will gv me the entire house to do as I please, but evrything is in his name. how do i et house put in my name?

It is a very simple process to transer title. However, if there is a mortgage on the property, you will need to make sure that you do nothing to cause a default with the lender. Call my office if you require assistance with this matter.
