Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York

Hello,

I recently soldan old boat and motor to an individual who paid me in cash. I gave the person the registration to the boat. He said he would pick it up the following weekend.

He did not.

He told me his wife was ill and want to send the registration back.

I told him the sale was final.

He send the registration back in a certificed letter of which I did NOT accept.

I have emailed him and asked his intentions on removing the boat from my property, he has yet to respond.

What are my options ?
