Deed must recorded in the Register's or Clerk's office in the county where the property is situated. There are ancillary documents which must be signed by the grantor and grantee which must accompany the deed

There is nothing magical about recording a

deed

A deed in proper legal form is taken to the

clerk's office in the county where the property

is located together with an RP 5217 and a

TP 584, both required recording documents,

also available at the clerk's office in blakn

pay the filing fee ($ 49.00 to $ 55.00, depending

upon the number of pages) and revenue stamps

($ 4.00 for each $ 1000.00 paid for the property
