Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York
A relative borrowed my new car and never returned it. Later she filed bankruptcy and without telling me placed my car in the bankruptcy. She has never paid me nor acknowledged her actions. I want to sue her but a) other relatives are trying to talk me out of it and b) I don't know what steps to take. Help
