Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York

Going out of renting contract in the middle of the yaer.

I, my question is :

If I have an emergency addition to the family, and i'm renting studio appartment, can I go out of contract and move out., giving a notice of leave of 30 days.

On the lease it says no more than 2 adults, but due to an emergency, its gonna be 2 adults. How to do it legally w/out paying any fees.

The lease controls. Your question is incomplete, as the lease permits 2 adults and you say the occupancy will be 2 adults. You run the risk of braking the lease and being held responsible for any damages the landlord incurs. I suggest reviewing your situation with the landlord and trying to negotiate some settlement, if you must actually leave.
