Repairs
Currently renting a home. Do not have a lease anymore. Pay rent regularly. If I moved in with a Refrigerator, washer and dryer provided by the landlord and the frisge has currently broke-who is responsible for repair?

Generally, the appliances that belong to the owner of them are that owner's responsibilites.
Now, if you had a lease and have no more lease, all of the terms of the lease continue on your month to month tenancy except for the amount for the rent.
