Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York

Requested trust attorney to put property under Mr And Mrs. From joint ownership instead he titled it under a trust title. My husband passed away which was listed 50-50. There was no tax consequences and was told it goes into my trust title. I later discovered he had Predated a indenture and had it notorized by someone using the same name as the apparaiser. I removed trust title and added a family member to the deed. Irregularities continued as to qualify for Star that was previously listed. Relative does not reside with me. Financial situation has changed. Loss not gain. I wish to check that their is no problems when I sell the house. What do I need to do?
