Responsibility for removal of fallen trees

Who is responsible for removal when a tree falls in a storm from your property onto a neighbors property, but without any harm to structures, thus no insurance claim available to pay for said removal?

Even if caused by an act of god and uninsured, owner of tree is responsible for removal.

The person that owns the tree is responsible.

Unfortunately, you are. However, you can file a claim under the liability part of your Homeowner's insurance.
