Who is responsible for a mold issue in my attic? When we bought the home 3 years ago,we werent aware that there was no ventilation in the attic. On top of that, they stapled in insulation and that was covered in mold.

Generally, a house is sold "as is". Therefore, you would be responsible for remediation of the mold.
