my rights?
Boyfriend and I bought mobile home together. Now he is leaving .Both of our names are on loan. What are our legal rights? He no longer wants any part of home!What do I need to do? --name removed--

If he wants no part of the home, he can sign
over the home to you on a bill of sale. As long
as you continue the payments, the finance company
won't care.
If this is not acceptable, sell, and buy a different
one individually

If your former boyfriend's name is on the mortgage, he is still liable to make payments. I would not rely on this however.
If you are unable to make the payments on your own, you should sell, so that you do not damage your credit rating.
