My rights as a landlord.,.

We have property in nassau county that we rent, unfortunately we never had them sign a lease.

My question then becomes what are my rights as a landlord

who rents with out a lease what do i have to do if i want to evict them . I have already sent them a certified letter stating that I wanted them out within 60 days is there anything else that I need to do or that I did not do.

The Statutory process in L&T Court is fairly technical and must be carefully followed. Otherwise, you will waste a lot of time and money

Therefore, You should personally consult with an Landlord Tenaant attorney; and probably need to retain an attorney to complete the Court action to eviction of your tenant.

Good luck,
