Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York

I run a small business in my cousin's name. Now my cousins want me to transfer the business to our name. I'm not a permanent resident. My asylum case is pending in the court. My son is a US Citizen. He is 2 years old. Can the business be in his name?

A business may not be in the name of an individual under the age of majority (18 years).
