Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York

Sale of home when spouses disagree

My wife and I are still legally married and not yet separated. She is claiming she has a right to force a sale of our home in order to get aprtion of the profit since I can't afford to ''buy her out'' Both of our names are on the deed hers being added to it when we refinanced. Is this possible when I am trying to maintain ownership
