Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York

the sale of my mobile home

I am currently purchasing a home in new york state in the town of erin and i signed a contract that i am buying as is. I was not notified of the heating system not working and i was wondering if it was even legal for the seller to sell a home without a working heating system i am desperate and i dont have the money to replace it myself please help me

It depends on the verbiage of the contract. If you had an attorney represent you at the closing, you should have him/her review the contract terms.
