sale on property

my broker listed a property that was 40x10 adver mls etc. i sold this property when the buyer closed he only got 20x100 he is suing us can i get in trouble

Hi:

This really depends on the language of the mls contract and the land sale contract.

If you are being sued you should definately speak with an attorney who can examine these documents to determine your rights and remedies.

It depends on the terms of the contract and property description. Didn't the buyer have a survey conducted? Do you own two ajacent lots?
