Satellite dishes in nyc condominium

Is still illegal to have a owner install

a satellite dish on a roof top in a

condominium? Owner had dish

installed without board approval or

notification.

Depends on the condo rules, but is probably prohibited under the rules without approval. It is up to the board to enforce the rules.
