security deposit

I leased an apt. in NY for two months. I gave a $2000 security deposit. It has now been 3 months since I moved out and I have still not recieved my deposit. I have called her three times requesting she send it. What legal action may be taken against her?

Unfortunately, you are going to have to file legal action in the county of her residence.
