Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York
can I sell a piece of land that I alf own even if it under real estate contract? do I have the option of marketing it on my own as well as them because they are doing a horrible job! I would like to post a sign on the land and post some ads in the newspaper?

If you signed an Exclusive Right To Sell with a Real Estate Brokerage, you will still owe them the full commission even if you find the buyer.
So, yes you can market, etc but may have to pay the RE Commission.
