Is seller legally responsible for paying for removal of mold in their attic?

The general answer is yes, but I have not seen the Contract and the provisions, if any, that might govern this issue. The Contract needs to be read before a specific answer is provided.

It also depends on the mold. There's a world of difference between Stachybotris and Aspergilum.
