Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York
Sellers are not meeting closing dates on our real estate transaction. The date keeps being pushed back and now we are in a situation where we must vacate our property with nowhere
to go. The house we are buying is vacant and the sellers wont allow us to enter early. They have missed 2 closing dates already because of title etc. We have a 20,000 dollar deposit on our new house. We are ready to walk away from these people and our dream home. Any action we can take?

Retain counsel to review the contract. You may have an action for damages and/or specific performance.
