Selling home in as is condition

I am coinsidering taking an offer on my home 15,000 less then teh asking price ... I would like to accept this offer contingent on the home being sold in as is condition... where as I would not have to make any repaires should any be recommended as per an engineers inspection .. can I do this

Yes but the contract of sale must be properly drafted to insure that you don't make assurances you don't want to.
