Hi, I�ve been separated for a year living in my own

Place, I recently filed for divorce . How can I get my

Name off the deed? She can have the house the amount

Owed is high so im not interested in the house..

Ask for what you want in a settlement agreement (i.e. name off the deed and the mortgage note).
