Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York

I am a seventh owner of a property in NY. All owners are willing to sell the property. However some owners are not on speaking terms. As a partial owner, can I myself get a realtor to put the property on the market?

You can market your 1/7 share. And you can end up paying the whole commission. Get legal advice first, and I don't mean Lawguru. Get a real lawyer.
