Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York
Siblings threatening to evict me
I am living in a home that is owned by myself and 5 siblings/caring for my 90 year old Mother who has a life estate. Two of the siblings are threatening to ''throw me out'', when my Mother passes away. Do I have any rights to live there or can they immediately evict me? I have lived here all my life.

If you have an ownership interest in the property you have a right of possession.
