Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York
I signed a purchase contract as a seller on 2/8/12. Closing scheduled for 3/2/12. The buyer's atty. has stalled the closing for no apparent reason and my atty. sent a "time of the essence" notice on 4/5/12. What are my options if they do not close on the required date?
