signing off a deed
3 partys are on a deed there is no mortage on the property. the owners are myself and 2 uncles one of the uncles is not paying taxes and wants to be taken off the deed how do we do it the property is located in N.Y.State

You would prepare and file a deed naming the three individuals as grantors and the two remaining individuals as grantees.
The deed may be found in a stationary store. You will also need a TP-586 form and a NYS Equilization form. The TP-586 form may be found online. However, the equilization form is in triplicate.
I would suggest contacting either an attorney or a local title company to help you with the deed and these forms.
