Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New York

Stabilized tenants in bldg. going condo

My husband and I are seniors living in a rent stabilized apartment & do not have to move since the building is going condominium. Extensive constructions are being done to all apartments, including ours, ie: new windows, new radiators, updated electricity, sleeves for air conditioners, new air conditioners, updated lobby & entrance to building. Will we be charged any portion of these capital improvements which they may add to our rent?
