What may stand for PET / NP and RESDT on the notice of discontinue, which I picked up in the court house?

I got sued by my landlord 3 years ago and I just recently found out.. Ive never appeared in court

On the notice of discontinue I see that I got sued for the following: NON-PAY, PET / NP and RESDT.

What do you think stands for PET / NP and RESDT?

I believe it's petition for non payment, residential . Clerk of the court would be better equipped to advise you
