I'm starting a line of tee-shirts classed under one name(_______-tee)I have a poor-man copyright,what must I do to get registered with the fullest and longest term protection world wide.

I think you're confusing copyrights and trademarks. In any event, the law does not recognize what is often referred to as a poor man's copyright, and, in any event, the protection you probably need isn't copyright but trademark.
The rules for trademarks are complex, but the process isn't insanely expensive. I generally handle the registration of a trademark on a flat fee basis. Feel free to get in touch...
